# Network error trying to open a .pdf attached in Joplin

I've seen already 3 other similar topics with no help:

When I drag and drop (or choose "Attach file") to add a .pdf file to a note, it appears as a link.

When I want to ctrl-click on it to open it, this is the message I receive:

OS : Windows 10

Joplin 2.5.12 (prod, win32)

Client ID: 97924516d86446d7892791eba44ac55d  
Sync Version: 3  
Profile Version: 39  
Keychain Supported: Yes

Revision: 884b86f
