More descriptive window title

I use ActivityWatch to track how I use my computer, and one of the ways it categorizes my usage is using the window title. The Joplin window is always titled "Joplin", so it's impossible to subcategorize my time spent in Joplin by what I was working on. Because I use Joplin for personal and work use, it would be nice to get more information in the window title, e.g. "Joplin - Notebook - Note name". Thoughts?
