Migrated user still uses previous users data

After using Profwiz to move user Xyz from a domain account to a local user Abc, Joplin still uses C:\Users\Xyz\.config\joplin-desktop\ as its data repository - This is WRONG - how do I change it?

It seems that somehow the USERPROFILE and HOMEPATH still pointed to C:\Users\Xyz
