MD-Editor problem in 3.6.11?

What issue do you have?

Good morning,
first of all I am surprised to see 3.6.11 listed as a pre-release; it was offered to me yesterday as a regular release and downloaded and installed by the usual Linux shell script.

But that's not my main question (or maybe it is). Spoiler: I use the "Rich Markdown Plugin". I notice now that in in the MD editor I can no longer select words or sentences if they are prefixed by a checkbox. All that happens is that the checkbox is checked. And this happens even if I activate "toggle checkbox with CTRL click". The only way to edit the task text is to put the cursor at the end of the line and then move left or backspace.

How can I fix this?

Edit: everything works as before if I deactivate the RichMarkdown Plugin. Since I noticed there are Markdown settings in the editor settings as well, could these possibly collide with the RichMarkdown-Plugin-Setting?

Cheers,
kai.

In the rich markdown settings (under advanced), make sure that the box for "Require Ctrl (or Cmd) when clicking on elements (links and checkboxes)" is checked

A first check suggests that does solve my problem; odd I missed that setting.

Thanks a lot,

kai.
