# Markdown mode with external editor neovim

### What issue do you have?

When I use the markdown mode with neovim as the external editor, sometimes it's very hard for me to save to the text in the joplin mode when the modified text is already saved in neovim. I have no idea why this problem would happen. Can anyone help me with the issue? Thank you in advance.
