# Log-in/sync doom loop

### What issue do you have?

1. I joined Joplin a couple of weeks ago and I cannot seem to sync anything. I get caught in a doom loop of authorising credentials / being told that has worked / being told I am not signed in / authorising credentials. The same for desktop and web app.

2. I need to assign a team member as admin. No guidance on how to do that.

3. I get invited to folders by a team member. I accept them but I can never see them.

Is this forum actually ever viewed by Joplin team members? If not, how can I access help??
