Limitations?

My last novel was 225,000 words in length. The one I'm starting will be at least that long. I started using Typora about a year ago and plan to use it for this novel.

Would it be possible/advisable to integrate the Typora markdown into Joplin? So I could consult collected research topics organized into Joplin notebooks?

I don't have to do it that way, but there would be some advantages. Your thoughts/insights would be very welcome.

The only simple way that I know is working/writing/having the novel in Joplin, but using Typora as external editor. In this way, you can write using Typora and having at the same time a kind of integration between your novel and your collected research notes. It is not answering exactly that you asked, but I believe it is very closer,
