What issue do you have?
The latest version on F-Droid 3.6.21 doesn't sync with because for that I need to upgrade to 3.7.0+.
The message in the upload says I need to upgrade to 3.70+
@Dirk welcome to the forum.
v3.7 has only just been published as a full release. The F-Droid repo will get updated when F-Droid pulls in the update. It should be very soon as in the past they have been known to even pull in pre-releases by mistake.
If you need the Android version sooner you can always download the APK from Joplin's GitHub and install that.
Note that the F-Droid and official APK have different signatures, so it's not actually possible to update one with the other
