Hi everybody,

I made a little python (3.7) tool for checking the database and external sync dir …  
maybe it’s useful for somebody. Tell me what you think…  
next thing to add: figuering out how timestamps work …

updated to 0.9.2:

- fixed ‘\<Response [403 Forbidden]\>’
- fixed delete of mulitple orphanes
