What issue do you have?

System is Linux Mint 22.3 X11, Joplin is installed as .deb

Sync runs about once every minute or if I deleted a note, although I configured sync for a 1 hour intervall. Attachments ist set to "manually", I disabled "all" plugins. Same behavior with Version 3.7.9. Attached ist the file: /home/matze-mint-nb/.config/joplin-desktop/log.txt. I deleted it before updating to 3.7.10.

I think it‘s the normal behaviour when you work with your notes. Joplin saves your changes to your sync-base timely to your work to avoid the risk to loose changes or to avoid unsynched changes that only exist on ine device. The intervall just gives a sync schedule when your app is active but you don‘t make changes.
