# Je veux prendre Joplin cloud pro, mais ça ne marche pas

### What issue do you have?

Je souhaite souscrire à l'offre "Jospin Cloud pro". Mais dans l'offre le panier m'impose une quantité de 2, donc 2 x le prix de l'abonnement. Pourquoi, que faire ?

Hello, to get a Pro account, please get it from this screen:

> **[Joplin Cloud Plans | Joplin](https://joplinapp.org/plans/)**

And select "Start free trial". Please make sure to use a different email than the one for the Joplin Server Business license
