About Me
I am Shivansh Srivastava, a final year engineering student and an open sourcerer. I have been a part of various open source programs, and organizations, and have worked on both technical and documentation aspects of the planned feature/product.
Work Experience
About my open source experience, I have been a Google Season of Docs Mentor 2020 and Google Summer of Code 2021 Mentor. Also, I have been a part of Linux foundation scholarship program, Intel Mentorship and 5 times Udacity Scholar.
I have interned with one of the top tech startups and giants in India which include Swiggy, Jio and Paytm in the Software Development domain.
Why Me?
As mentioned, I have been a GSoD mentor in 2020, and have led a project which included revamping of the documentation. I along with the participant worked on refactoring the documentation as per the industry standards using the technical writer guides and references. Also, after this we revamped another product multi-page documentation into a whole new experience.
I consider that, I am one of the best fit for technical writing and the revamping of the Documentation on the UI/UX aspects.
My Vision and Plan
I'll be including all of my proposed plans in the proposal, and am sharing my vision here, to completely revamp the documentation for Joplin, on all the aspects, be it Styling, textual, User Interface, experience etc.
