ok so only one device can use the dropbox sharing folder is what you are saying? multiple clients cannot use the same folder? so only one phone mobile app for example?

That's not the question you asked. You asked,

Multiple clients can use the same Dropbox account but every client will get every note. There is no sharing of a particular note or notebook.
