Improvement request: Check for plugin updates when checking for app updates

When checking for Joplin app updates (Help | Check for updates...), it would be nice if it checked for plugin updates at the same time, giving me the option to update them all at the same time.
Currently, I have to drill down to Tools | Options | Plugins, then eyeball around to see which plugin(s) needs an update, then individually update them.
In other words, I'd like for Joplin to update itself the way most of my other apps (outside of web browsers) do.
I admit this is for sheer convenience, but time less wasted is time I can use doing something else.

I think this has been brought up before. But a quick search doesn't turn up an issue on github. Perhaps you could add one.
