I can't share notebooks (How do I enable it?)

Mac, 11.6.5; Joplin, 2.7.15 here.

I'm trying to sync a notebook with someone else. I have a Joplin Cloud account and have been using Joplin for a little bit. However, when I try to share a notebook (the other person has a cloud account, and I put in their email I know is right) I get the message "The sharing feature is not enabled for this account" - and they get the mirror that I've not enabled it when they try to do it.

I've gone through my settings. I can't figure out what on earth to do. I just did the default when I signed up and paid for cloud. Thanks!

Just to confirm you are on a Pro Plan, correct?

Only the Pro and Teams plans support notebook sharing.
