I wasted a good hour figuring out how to do it... Reread all my emails and even part of the stripe contracts. it's not friendly

There are three links to the Joplin Cloud login page, including one labelled "Login now"... and it took you one hour to find it? We could add even more links but I'm not even sure that would have helped you in this particular case.
