How to manually sync

I can’t figure out how to manually sync. I tried exporting a JEX. I then copied it to a usb and tried to import it in Joplin on another computer. But I can’t find the file. What is the proper way to manually sync/backup via usb?

It’s a file with the JEX extension. When you use “File > Import > JEX” Joplin lists the files with that extension. Choose it and it will be imported.

The thing is that it doesn’t export with the JEX extension. So Joplin can’t recognize it.

Ok, I got it to work by saving the file name with .JEX when exporting, not after exporting.
