How can I wipe Joplin cloud totally clean?

What issue do you have?

I somehow managed to create a mess syncing from two Macs and on iPhone. I cleaned all the notes I could from the cloud, however I see that some of the data remains: all of the keys, and according to Joplin Cloud interface, about 50 MB of data.
Is there a way to wipe all the cloud storage completely clean?

Not currently, but you can remove most of the data this way:

Sync using the desktop app
Install the Victor plugin and clear all the data
Open the Encryption configuration and disable all keys
Synchronise

Then you should be able to start fresh. If that doesn't work please report back here

Thank you. This worked.
The old encryption keys are still there. They are minuscule in size so they don't matter.
As for the other data, I guess it falls under data retention and as there is no space constraints I will let it run its course and revisit in 90 days.

Just a little comment on Victor:

I recently used the Victor plugin to attempt a clean start, but found that every time I ran a "Re-upload local data to sync target", my client downloaded thousands of items (the same number each time I repeated Victor and re-upload). Even if I deleted everything manually, then ran Victor and re-uploaded, these same items would download again.

After finally realising I could fix my problems a different way (fingers crossed I don't have any nasty surprises waiting), I stopped using the re-upload option and just allowed my database (cleaned by manual delete and Victor) to sync normally.

Then when installing DDDot again, my scratchpad contained the content I'd written before this all started.

I did not face the same problems. I had to run Victor on both Macs (and deleted Joplin on the phone with all the data). Running Victor only on one device did not suffice.
