How can I download all the files that I have not downloaded?

In the tool menu, it shows 200 not downloaded, 600 downloaded (decrypted), and 0 downloaded (not decrypted). How can I download all the files that I have not downloaded?

Settings, sync, advanced, attachment download behavior, always.
