the Q:When i use the “Joplin-setup.exe” the port at 41184,the web clipper support perfect, but use the “JoplinPortable.exe” the port status:idle. And the firewall has been setup. 问题：在WIN10 上，当我用安装版时，可以完美使用网页剪辑，但是当我使用免安装版本时，软件匹配不了端口，网页剪辑使用不了。请问现在该怎么解决？
