Hello,

I know it's late to be asking about this, I'm sorry.

I have been wondering since I worked on the solarized dark theme if a plugin to make it easier to create custom Joplin themes would be a good idea. I was reading some forum posts and I came across [this post](https://discourse.joplinapp.org/t/any-suggestions-on-what-plugins-could-be-created/9479/113) and [this post](https://discourse.joplinapp.org/t/any-suggestions-on-what-plugins-could-be-created/9479/155) that mentioned this as a possible plugin.
