What is your current workflow like for this? My thought would be to setup a free github accountand use the [github pages](https://pages.github.com/) feature to publish your notes in a read-only fashion for others. The markdown format is natively compatible with github and uses jekyll behind the scene. For more customization you can host your own web server and use jekyll as well in a similar fashion but have more customization options available to you.

Still planned but other priorities came first. Maybe at some point next year?
