# Feature Request: Multiple Windows

An issue with multiple windows and dual monitors. I have Joplin on my left hand monitor and when I open a note in a new window it opens on the right hand monitor, rather than over the top of the application. Moving it to where I'd like and re-opening it or another note doesn't cause Joplin to "learn" the position of the window.

There's in fact a similar problem with Joplin itself. Windows apps generally remember the position/monitor they were last opened in and revert to that on load. Joplin however always goes back to my right hand side monitor.

I imagine these could be Electron issues but hopefully it's something that's resolvable.
