Why is there no way to export notes into a single txt or doc formatted file? Google Keep has a method where you can select all notes and do this and the notes are just separated by a double space between them in the file. Right now, all the notes are scattered and in a weird gobbly goop format that made me have to ask AI to write a python script just to scrape some sub-notes from it. And on that same topic, there is no way to select individual notes that I want to export and instead have to export all which doesn't make sense...
I have read about exporting multiple notes as md-files. Sidenote: I‘ve never thought about a use case myself where putting all notes in one document could be necessary…interested to here about your motivation.
For the record, the available export formats are JEX/RAW (Joplin-specific) or MD/HTML/PDF.
You can for sure export individual notes though. Just select them on the note list, right-click and use the "Export" option.
You can use the combine notes plugin to concatenate any selection of notes and then export that single combined note.

The only option it gives me is to duplicate or delete them. No export/copy options. And when I try the export all, it only let's me export as JEX and offers no other formats.
I take daily measurement logs using this app on mobile. After a few months, I need a way to export all the logs in a single file to aggregate the logs into one file.

You could have more options to export in Joplin’s desktop versions. You didn’t state your OS, so answers might relate to an OS you do not use…
The plugin just combines several notes into a single note.
Once you have that single combined note, it is just a regular note, forget about the plugin and export that note the same way you would export any other note.
