What issue do you have?

  1. Unable to open hyperlink to a folder Using Right click + Open
  2. When using Alt + Left click it opens file explorer but it's opened in background and the file explorer is flashing in the taskbar

But I'm able to open hyperlink to a file or website perfectly fine

I am sorry @Jensz05, the video is completely unintelligible to me. This may be the reason, why other don't respond.

My bad

My problem is when i try to open a hyperlink to a folder using [Ctrl + Left mouse click] the file explorer only opens on background (I excpect it to pop open like opening a link to web or a file). And the task manager is visibly blinking in my windows taskbar.
Also, when I'm using the [Right click > Open] It doesn't open at all

The file explorer icon is blinking and the bar under is red
