What issue do you have?

I haven't run J in a while, but now, when I do all of my notes are there (at least it seems), but there are folders, apparently created by some app, that I can't delete, and J itself constantly spins, with an error, "Error: on query". How do I fix this? Thanks

I realized that, I guess, I don't have the "web" version. I run the app on my Mac, although I had thought that the data was stored/synchronized in the cloud. How can I recover the full error message?
