What issue do you have?
Wanted to send a note to Kindle Paperwhite, so I exported the noted with HTLM - HTML File. When I used Send to Kindle, but I got the message "Failed. Please retry." and in https://validator.w3.org the file returned several errors. It would be helpful if sending notes to Kindle would be easier.
