Email to Note disabled on Teams main account

What issue do you have?

I just created a Teams account on Joplin cloud. My main account says: Can use Email To Note | no.

How can I enable this? why does the other account I have on this Team say yes?

Hi,

The main Teams account on Joplin cloud is intended only to create and manage the other team members. It isn't intended for sync.

As such, while email-to-note and sync won't work for the main account, it should work for all user accounts added to the team. I'm in the process of updating the documentation to make this information easier to find.
