Email template for new users - Your new Joplin Server

When adding a User, is there a method to customize the Email template sent for the "Your new Joplin Server account is almost ready to use"

I did a quick search in the forum, but don't see anything.
Guessing there is a file somewhere to edit.
I'd like to add some content to the body of the email.
