E2EE - Turning off computer during initialisation phase

Hi,
i enabled e2ee.
According to step 4 (About End-To-End Encryption (E2EE) | Joplin) of the instructions, the operation could take too long and I supposed to let the synchronisation happen during night.

But ... I didn't expect this operation last this long ! :smile: Right now it's somewhere in the middle
and it already lasts almost 6 hours.

So, what would happen, if I turn off computer before this operation is over ?

As a matter of fact, I'm in the office and I need to move home :smile: . Is it safe to put computer to sleep / hibernate, during this operation ?

Well, it looks like, this operation happily ignores computer suspend status.
Maybe this should be mentioned in readme ?
