I've noticed a rather annoying behavior:
When a plugin is disabled, it is automatically enabled when you click on the Update button. It should not change the state.

Yes and when the auto update is disabled, Joplin is still searching plugin update.
This is supposed to be that way. Even, if they are disabled I want them to be updated. Just not activated.
