I have found several large resource files that appear to be orphaned as I can't find any links for it in my notes (searched its key/generated file name). It is a .crypted file and I would like to decrypt it to make sure it is something I can get rid of. Is there a easy way to do that?

I thought unlinked/orphaned resources were automatically deleted? I have had these files for several months now, well past my kept history date.

A lot of my resources are images, yes. But some are not. I have several over 25mb and I am trying to see what they are, but they are .crypted. files. Searching the ID shows nothing as I said, so I assume they are orphans and can be deleted. BUT I want to make sure.

In the past I have noticed that I can have `.crypted` files in **resources** that do not have an unencrypted counterpart as that unencrypted resource has previously been deleted and purged.

According to this post regarding `.crypted` files, they are just cache files and can be deleted.

Ah, thank you. I am still curious as to what some of the files are, but I assume they aren't that easy to decrypt and see at this point? Oh well, guess I will just delete them and move on.
