Data lost after update

It seems it is not, as other Instances get the notes just fine. But we figured out what to look at. @ tessus is looking at it.

If the bug happens when upgrading from 164 to 165 it would be good to get the log before and after the upgrade to see what Joplin is actually doing (before and after).

I don’t think I can replicate this here as I’ve done the same upgrade on all my devices and didn’t get an issue. I’m sure many other users did too but it seems it only affects some users.

I had 1.0.161 as far as I remember.

Upgraded today:

2019-08-24 18:04:36: "Latest version: 1.0.165"

No issues thus far… Running on Fedora 29 and using encryption via DropBox
