Custom keyboard shortcuts not avalaible after restart Joplin

Hello,
I add custom keyboard shortcut to Joplin (exporting and importing keymap-desktop.json file) and it works weel.
But each time I restart Joplinm my custom keyboard shortcuts disappear.

Is there something more to do than just upload the keymap-desktop.json file ?
