Hello all,
I cannot find a way to close the submenu once you click on a submenu item on the desktop version.
When I click a submenu item the submenu doesn't close and cover the editing area.
Often, I need to manually close the submenu to continue editing the note.
It would be useful to close it automatically once you click any submenu item. The same that happens when you click on any website hamburger menu item.
It should not so difficult to implement.
What do you think?
TIA

Agree. It's messy as is and a little frustrating - three clicks to access a single action. Having to use three dots or a hamburger to access basic tool functionality is not a standard desktop application UX for good reason.
Even better, these toolbar actions should really also be able to permanently extend into a fixed double height toolbar that doesn't overlay.
Better still, toolbars and context menus should be user configurable - that would be ideal at some point in the development.
