# Changed my mobile handset - can't use Joplin on the new phone

### Joplin version

3.3.13

### Sync target

Joplin Cloud

### What issue do you have?

Changed my mobile handset - cloned the previous one and tried to log-in on the new one ... known pwd was not accepted.  
Reset the pwd on the old phone and tried to log-in on the new one, still not accepted.  
I can't use Joplin on the new phone :o(

Please do this:

- Go to [joplincloud.com](http://joplincloud.com), and selected "Reset password"
- Reset the password
- Use that new password in the app

That's what I did y/day and carefully noted the new pwd. Today I tried the new one and it is not accepted 😢🫣

Not sure why it's doing this, but could you please try again to reset your password?

And when you reset the password, do you receive the email for it?

And I cannot access [**joplincloud.com**](http://joplincloud.com) …

I installed the App on my mobile phone.

Tapped on the **burger icon ≡** in the top left corner, and selected **Configuration**. Then I don't find in the menu how to set Sync method to One Drive ?
