Change Keyboard Shortcut keys doesn't work

I am running Joplin 2.10.13 (prod, darwin) on MacOS 13.3.1 (22E261) and trying to change a Keyboard Shortcut configuration, specifically the option-cmd-D used by the Journal plugin.

When I click-to-edit, and press another key combination (that I already confirmed is not used anywhere) I get a triangle with a ! in the far right.

I also tested on many keyboard shortcuts that would also not allow me to make a change but looked like I could. Some appear locked because I get the triangle-! immediately on click-to-edit.

What am I doing wrong??

I wonder if this could be related to my issue somehow.

I am now running Joplin Preview 2.10.16 and editing keyboard shortcut keys is now working as expected....
