Can't share a sub-notebook (Joplin Server)

Hi,

I'm trying to share a sub-notebook from a shared notebook to another user. My account is the owner and sharer of all notebooks.

The problem is that I don't have the "share notebook" option in the contextual menu, and it's grayed out in the Notebook menu.

Is this a bug? Here is how it looks like:

This is not and probably will never be supported. The workaround would be to move the notebook out of the hierarchy and share it from there.

I see. My use case is that the top notebook is everything that's common for my research lab (shared with permanent members), but I need to selectively share some notebooks with interns without sharing everything. Depending on their project it can be any notebook within the hierarchy, which makes it difficult to randomly put them out of their place.
