Cannot Share Notebook because they "do not have encryption enabled" when they do

What issue do you have?

When attempting to share a notebook, it said it could not share it because the user did not have encryption enabled, so I enabled it on the user's Joplin app and setup a master password.

However, now after numerous restarts of both apps, the same message is still popping up.
