Can image titles be rendered as a paragraph using a custom stylesheet?

Is there a way of using the custom stylesheet feature to render image title text as a caption beneath the image? For example, I would like the following Markdown...:

![Alttext](https://joplinapp.org/images/logo-text.svg "Caption")

... to generate a paragraph beneath the image containing "Caption", instead of the title only appearing in a mouseover.

I know I could just write the caption as a line following the image link, but what I'm trying to achieve is a way of captioning photos that keeps the caption closely coupled to the photo, rather than being semantically disconnected.
