From 2 April to 24 April, we're going to review your GSoC applications to find out who will be participating this summer. In the meantime, consider creating some pull requests if you haven't already done so, and get involved in the community in the forum or Discord.

We will choose the project proposals based on the following criteria:

The overall quality of the proposal.
Your involvement in the community - this is how we can assess your communication skills which are very important when working remotely. If we discussed with you while reviewing your pull requests or project proposal that will also help. Basically don't just submit an application and wait - make sure we hear from you and know who you are!
And of course your pull requests - which allow us to assess your technical skills.
