1.4.16 not in dev branch

I'm a bit confused. The 2 commits for 1.4.16 are not in the dev branch.

Also there are 3 commits in the dev branch that are committed twice.

For 1.4 releases you should look in release-1.4 branch. Eventually what's in there gets merged into dev.

Ah, I see, because I've been usually just working in the dev branch. It was the first time that another branch was further ahead for a (pre-)release. That was a bit confusing.
